我們可以選擇初時是扮笑,然後把大笑的魔法在群眾中散播,透過眼神傳導﹑感染他人變為真笑。
我們的大腦是不懂分辨真笑或假笑,我們只要配合瑜伽式的呼吸法,持續大笑15分鐘,身體也可以分泌​快樂賀爾蒙安多芬
We could pretend to laugh at first and then spread the laughing magic within the group. Through eye contact, we could affect others to have real laugh at last.
Our brain could not differentiate real laugh or fake laugh. With yogic breathing and pretend to laugh for at least 15 minutes could also release happy hormones called endorphin.
