What is Laughter Yoga?

1. We laugh for no reason, without jokes, comedy or humor.  

2. We laugh in a group with eye contact and childlike playfulness.

3. Laughter Yoga is an aerobic exercise with yogi breathing that helps to boost up more oxygen to our body and brain.

4. By scientific fact, our brain could not differentiate real or fake laugh. Pretend to laugh is also good to our health.

5. In 1995, Dr Kataria and his wife firstly start laughter yoga at a park in Mumbai,

India. It is now widely spread over 100 countries and places with over 10,000 social laughter clubs.
